HOW TO:APPLY FOUNDATION

1.Begin with clean hands and a clean face.The face must have been Cleansed,exfoliated and Toned (depending on the skin type)

2.Apply a moisturizer(even on an oily skin), primer, oil matifier (optional) that’s perfect for your skin type.Foundations will go on more smoothly if the skin is well-hydrated.

3.Let the moisturizing sunscreen, primer, oil matifier (optional) set for a few minutes.

4.Wipe off any excess moisturizer with a tissue. Greasy skin will make the foundation slip and slide.

5.Using a makeup sponge or a foundation brush apply dots of foundation on your cheeks, chin, forehead and tip of the nose. Makeup artists swear by foundation brushes to apply product. They soak up less foundation and blend flawlessly.

6.Using the sponge, or the foundation brush, blend the dots together in an outward stroke to the hair-line. Pay special attention to your hairline and jawline to ensure there’s no obvious line.

7.Conceal your dark, under-eye circles, spots, blemishes with a concealer or  foundation. Pat, never rub, the concealer into skin.

8.Set the foundation with face powder immediately after application.

Hello everyone,how is the weekend going?I wanna believe you are enjoying it.This post has been lying in my drafts box for quite some time and i think you still need to see it.I was able to achieve these designs on my nails by a technique known as marbling.

I've been seriously makeup shopping for some time now even tough i promised to leave my kit just the way it is without no makeup additions but i just couldnt stay true to that *sighs*

BOXING DAY BLUES

Yesterday was a very busy day for me,had to travel out of town to do a bridal makeover because the bride wouldn't have anyone else do it for he.I had to leave home very early cos it was about a 3 hour journey but i still got there right on time to make her up for her special day(pictures when you continue). At McCoy Makeovers,we know that feeling about ourselves as women boosts our self confidence and portrays a good image to others.We believe that makeup makes all the difference between looking good and feeling absolutely great.Do have a great year ahead,cheers.
